RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We’re sorry to see the little black dress come back. Hopefully we can exchange and find your perfect LBD, but before we do please review our return and exchange policy. Thank you!
-Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Items must be unworn and unwashed.
-Items must have all tags attached.
- Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Love For Noir.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
-Refunds must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible your credit will be returned to you in the form of store credit.
-Once Love For Noir has inspected your garment, it will typically take 7-14 business days to see your refund.
-Any item marked “sale” is final sale.
-Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS
-Unfortunately Love For Noir is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. If you feel like your package has been lost please file a claim to USPS here: here
-If your item arrives damaged, please send the Love For Noir team an email containing a legible photo 2 days after receiving your order to support@lovefornoir.com
CANCEL/CHANGE
-If you need to make a cancellation or change to your order please contact us immediately after purchase to support@lovefornoir.com
-If your order has been processed we will not be able to make any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
